Resale Depot does not accept returns on any items except electronics. Resale Depot checks all electronics to make sure items power up, but we do not extensively test electronics. Electronics that do not function properly may be returned for a full refund within 7 days with a receipt.
We will notify you by email when your items are ready to pickup. All items may be picked-up Monday-Friday from 10 AM-5:30 PM at Resale Depot, 2390 Wildwood Ave. in Jackson, MI. When you arrive in the parking lot, simply call the store at 517-780-9099. A staff member will ask for your name, order number, and car description. Then a staff member will bring your order to your car. We appreciate your understanding as we all adapt to Michigan regulations concerning retail shopping during this time.
